A large provincial French farmhouse table with an oak base and pine top. The generous top is beautifully weathered with an open grain and a rich patina. Four carved block legs with cross stretchers, peg and tenon joints, a shapely carved apron and central frieze drawer. This beautiful table can easily seat eight to ten guests, ideal for daily use and perfect for the occasional dinner party! France, circa 1870.
