Vintage Design
Montessori play-boxes from the 1940s. Rietveld designed stackable boxes in various versions. from the early 1920s up to the late 1940s. As shown in picture one you can stacked them up to a small cupboard (100*100*30 cm). You can put some boxes together as a coffee table with side tables. Just use your imagination! One box has 12 parts, big to small) and the other box has 11 parts (the biggest box is missing). Even de Dimensions are as you can expect from Rietveld : 30*32*34 cm. A stunning example of the De Stijl movement. Don’t mis it!
