This bookcase headboard was purchased in 1965 as part of a bedroom set when we were married. About 10 years later we adapted it to accommodate a queen size bed frame. We were lucky to be able to purchase the king size version of this same headboard on Chairish last year. There are sliding doors with beautiful spindles on both sides.
